Desocort Cream Strength: 0.25%

ডেসোকর্ট ক্রিম হল ডেসোক্সিমেটাসন (০.২৫%) সমৃদ্ধ একটি টপিক্যাল কর্টিকোস্টেরয়েড ক্রিম, যা ইনসেপ্টা ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালস লিমিটেড দ্বারা উৎপাদিত। একজিমা, সোরিয়াসিস ও ডার্মাটাইটিসের মতো প্রদাহজনিত চর্ম রোগের চিকিৎসায় এ ক্রিম ব্যবহার করা হয়। প্রতি টিউবের দাম ৳১৫০.০০ এবং সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে ৩০°সে.-এর নিচে, আলো ও শিশুর নাগালের বাইরে। প্রতিদিন দুইবার আক্রান্ত স্থানে হালকা করে মালিশ করুন। এটি ফসফোলিপেজ এ২ ইনহিবিশনের মাধ্যমে প্রদাহ কমায়, তবে দীর্ঘমেয়াদি ব্যবহারে ত্বকের পাতলাভাব, ফলিকুলাইটিস বা রং পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। অক্লুসিভ ড্রেসিং ব্যবহার করলে পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ার ঝুঁকি বাড়ে। গর্ভাবস্থায় বা স্তন্যদানকালে সতর্কতার সাথে ব্যবহার করুন। ডেসোকর্ট ক্রিম-এর দাম ও ব্যবহার সম্পর্কে বিশদ জানতে ক্রিম ক্যাটেগরিতে অন্যান্য ঔষধ দেখুন। অত্যধিক মাত্রায় প্রয়োগে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন। অন্য টপিক্যাল স্টেরয়েডের বিকল্প হিসেবে ডেসোক্সিমেটাসন-ভিত্তিক পণ্য বিবেচনা করা যেতে পারে।

Apply a thin film of Desoximetasone Cream to the affected skin areas twice daily. Rub in gently.

Burning, itching, irritation, dryness, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, acneiform eruptions, hypopigmentation, perioral dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, maceration of the skin, skin atrophy, striae and miliaria. Adverse reactions are infrequent with topical Desocort, but may occur frequently with the use of occlusive dressings.

There is no adequate and well-controlled study of Desoximetasone in pregnant women. It should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefits justifies the potential risks to the fetus. It is not known whether topical administered desoximetasone could result in sufficient systemic absorption to produce detectable quantities in breast milk. Nevertheless, caution should be exercised when topical corticosteroids are administered to a nursing woman.

This medication is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. The treated skin area should not be bandaged or covered or wrapped unless directed by the physician. Patient should report any sign of local adverse reactions especially under occlusive dressing to the physician.

Desocort Cream is not for oral use. If oral ingestion occurs, seek medical advice immediately. Monitor patient closely and administer appropriate supportive measures as necessary.
